Meet the Principal

Lisa Christopherson has served in the Rincon Valley Union School District since 1998. She spent 20 years teaching elementary students in RVUSD, including serving as the district’s Math Consulting Teacher, supporting all TK–8 teachers in strengthening instruction and improving academic achievement for all students.

In 2018, Lisa transitioned from the classroom to school administration and has proudly served as a principal for the past eight years. She enjoys leading a dedicated staff and partnering with families to create an engaging, supportive learning environment.

Lisa lives in the community with her husband and has two adult children. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. She believes all students have the right and ability to learn at high levels and is a committed advocate for children.
